Purchase Agreement

You as the buyer agree to be bound by the above stipulations and restrictions. You agree to indemnify Perranporth Online, its sponsors and associates from any and all damages or legal issues resulting from purchasing any advertisement on this site.

All purchases of directory advertisements on Perranporth Online are non-refundable and all sales are final. Perranporth Online reserves the right to refund payments in special circumstances at its discretion.
